Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for SatiusMedical.com. This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by this web site. It will notify you of the following:

  • What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.

  • What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.

  • The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.

  • How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

 

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

 

Customer information to include but not limited to names, emails, phone numbers, and addresses of clients, payment information such as credit card or banking info, private information such as birthdays and employee details, is not stored outside of our CMMS software ServiceM8 and Stripe. Information related to invoices and quotes may be kept for billing purposes only.

Quotes and Invoicing

Quotes are valid only for 7 days from the date sent. Quotes are also an estimate, and please note that changes in price for extra labor, increased parts cost, or travel may occur. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to book that will be applied to invoices. Deposit is only applied to the balance of accounts in good standing and may be forfeited if a) 48 hour notice is not received for changes in scheduling, b) account obtains 2 late fees on the invoice the deposit was applied to.

 

Parts require 100% payment to order if not in stock. A due date is on invoice that is dated from the date of completion. Invoices will always be sent with a completed report. Any disagreement with the invoice or the report must be brought to the attention of Satius Medical immediatly and does not stall or stop payment from being received.

Payments

Payments and payment processing is completed using Stripe for credit cards, JP Morgan Chase for funds transfers, and ServiceM8 which is our Maintenance Management Software. All payments, including the deposit, must be paid in a timely manner. Payments for all jobs can be made out the following ways:

  • Paper check (made out to PV Holdings and Consulting, Inc. or Satius Medical as my bank accepts both)

  • ACH (instructions are on invoice)

  • Cash

  • Credit Card (fees may apply)

  • Electronic Funds Transfer services like Zelle (info@satiusmedical.com)

  • Wires

 

We do not accept other forms of payment. Credits for deposits will always be applied to the balance first. If any additional credits are left-over, the credit amount is applied to the customer's account and will not be paid back or refunded.

 

Satius is able to take payment once the job is complete including via credit card with NFC tap options. All payments are required to be paid within 7 days of services being completed unelss having other terms in place with Satius. Any additional cost to parts will be due by if not already paid for. If paying by a paper check, customer must notify Satius BEFORE the due date of the check being mailed out, and a post mark must reflect this. If not, a late fee may still be added to the client's balance (will not incur additional fees on late fees). Payments not received by the due date will incur a $75 late fee, and an additional $75 is added each 7 days from the due date. Late fees are NOT REVERSIBLE! Details of penalties and fees is described below:

  • 1st Late Fee, 1 Day Late - $75 fees in total

  • 2nd Late Fee, 7 Days Late - $150 fees in total, no additional business is done until paid in full. Deposit forfeited.

  • 4th Late Fee, 21 Days Late - $300 fees in total, everything above as well as demand email sent, pre-pay required, warranty void

  • 9th Late Fee, 56 Days Late - $675 fees in total, everything above as well as demand letter is sent (certified mail), arbitration may begin

  • 13th Late Fee, 84 Days Late - $975 fees in total, client is no longer able to use Satius for any future services, final demand letter is sent (certified mail), process for debt collections begins and small claims may occur. Satius Medical is not responsible for lost time or expenses during small claims and Satius may request a fee of $250 for the filing and other associated expenses for small claims on top of balance due and late fees.

 

Satius Medical (a PVHC Company) may conduct arbitration or small claims within the Jurisdiction of Superior Court of Orange County, California. Clients agrees to keep all disputes and discussions within this jurisdiction unless previously agreed in writing between Satius and the Client.

Final Terms

,Customers who request services from Satius Medical, a PV Holdings and Consulting company (PVHC), are automatically agreeing to these terms and conditions (terms) and will be subject to them and their changes as they come up at any time. Customers who wish not to agree to these terms must do so PRIOR to service being completed. Satius reserves the right to refuse service to anyone or any company at any time. All services require 48 hours notice to cancel or change. Failure to do so will result in the charge of the service labor.

 

All parts that are not stocked must be pre-paid upfront. No late fees are added to those invoices, but those invoices will be closed within 7 days of no payment. Parts that are stocked will not be charged until the completion of the job, and are subject to the late fee clause. All parts are sold by reputable service providers and OEMs. Due to the nature of these products, parts are NON-REFUNDABLE the moment the order is processed. If Satius does offer a refund and RMA for a product that is NOT defective, a 25% restocking fee will be applied for new, non-opened items, and a 50% restocking fee will apply to opened items. Used items cannot be returned. Packages are NOT insured for full amount unless specified by the customer. Risk of loss and damage to any equipment shall pass to Owner upon delivery at the F.O.B. shipping point (i.e., when the Equipment is made available to common carrier).

 

Warranties are guarantees of service provided to repairs and products. Parts contain a warranty of 30-90 days depending on the manufacturer of the part and if it was defective. Any signs of mishandling or abuse to the machine, voids all warranties on parts. Warranty on service is 30 days from the date of completion. Warranty work may only be completed if balance is paid and no late fees. Warranty could still expire and if the service is paid for beyond the warranty window, Satius reserves the right to not honor any warranty work or limit to one call. Fully refurbished products will have a warranty of 90 days and will be included with purchase. Extended warranties and service contracts are NOT available.
